Sessions are one-on-one. Frequency is determined by you and the coach's schedule.  The coach is available for a one time session, perfect of preparing for an upcoming audition or callback.  Or, you can schedule ongoing sessions, as a beginner or experienced talent,  to ensure you are ready and don't have to waste precious time getting ready when your opportunity presents itself.
